**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

As a process engineer, you will be the driving force behind the development and execution of state-of-the-art process strategies. Your primary focus extends to processes involving external investments, ensuring a seamless transition to Global Business Services (GBS) for heightened productivity. This role is all-encompassing, requiring an in-depth exploration of diverse processes contributing to overall organizational efficiency.

Your mandate includes analyzing, documenting, and redesigning existing business processes within markets, with a specific emphasis on integrating these processes into GBS, leveraging CME (Consumer, Marketing & Engagement)

Collaboration is central to this role, engaging with Process Owners, Tower Leads, Functional Delivery Leads, and Service Delivery Leads. Together, you will create and actively enhance existing business processes, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational objectives.

Moreover, this position necessitates a holistic perspective, as you manage connections and information flows with critical business functions such as Finance and Marketing. By fostering effective communication and synergy across departments, you contribute to the overall cohesiveness of the organizational operational landscape.

**Your Impact**

As an
**Business Process Engineer **your scope would consist of:
**1. Process Management**
- Overall responsible of the LatAm Marketing & Insights business architecture.
- Identifies the current performance and standards needs, methodologies & frameworks related to LatAm Marketing & Insights process management and
- organizational design and overall responsible for its design, development and deployment
- Responsible to define and coordinate the effort to improve Marketing & Insigths process maturity
- Design and maintain a Marketing& Insigths Process Knowledge Base that will provide help to employees on their day-to-day operations
- Design and facilitate workshops related to Marketing & Insghts process management design.
- Deliver the rights improvement proposal for the BU transition process to GBS

**2. Enterprise Process Model**
- Manages the Marketing & Insights Macroprocess; ensuring that it represents how work is done in the BU and related Units.
- Ensure connections and consistency with other company´s processes, with the objective of delivering value to our customers
- Defines Marketing & Insights process agenda and priorities and acquires its validation and approval

**3. Process Improvements**
- Ensure alignment with the standards and guidelines provided for LatAm CMO.
- Develop and ensure the compliance of the Marketing & Insights business process redesign methodology to be used for process improvements that are FASTER,
- STRONGER, BETTER.
- Stewards standard and professional CME process documentation and mapping
- Ensure the compliance of the norms for process mapping in GBS - CME Tower.

**4. Process Capabilities**
- Strengthen “working-by-process” capability through education, training, awareness and communication campaign into the LatAm CMEFunction.

**5. Benchmarking on process excellence**
- Propose tools, reference frameworks, and techniques for depicting business architecture.

**6. People management**
- Connect with other Business Architects (Process Engineer) to ensure the correct alignment with Marketing& Insights Taxonomy Process.
- Connect with PMO, Change Management, Data Architecture and IT Architecture to ensure the correct execution of the project plan.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Professional / Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and/or Administration Technology Management or Business Management

**Experience**
- Certification or training on Business Process Management
- English and Spanish advance professional.
- At least 4 years of formal experience leading continuous improvement
