As an OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY BUSINESS PROCESSES SR MANAGER, you will have communication, monitoring, analysis, and measurement of the impact of business inflation**Key Responsibilities**- Approach to savings opportunities in collaboration with the areas of purchasing, R&D and manufacturing (supply chain = production plan).- Direct resolve, diagnose, validate, correct and / or propose improvement macro-processes of high-impact operations where 1 or more internal areas of the company intervene.- Establish lines of communication between the different areas of operations and business commercial partner, to ensure the accurate execution of the macro processes and the correct intervention of the responsible support areas.- Supervise the execution of approved commercial projects to report results to management.- Lead cost/benefit analysis, feasibility and impacts to the efficiency and profitability of the organization of commercial initiatives in conjunction with the Pricing and Profitability team.- Ensure the documentation, updating and approval of multidisciplinary macroprocesses, involving the operations area, as well as their communication to the leaders of each area.- Validate, accurate and / or propose improvement of commercial macro-processes of great impact where 1 or more internal areas of the company intervene.- Provide guidelines to the metrics area for the generation of dashboards and strategic scorecards shared between key operations leaders and related internal directions.- Internal customers: Operations (manufacturing, logistics, distribution, production, purchasing) R&D and Finance (financial planning, CFO) Directors.**Qualifications**- Bachelor´s Degree (Engineering, economic-administrative science or other)- English at advanced level is required- +5 years of validated experience in standardization of processes, management by macro processes as well as understanding the commercial dynamics of the business profitability and translation of numerical data into easy-to-understand qualitative/quantitative facts.- Fully knowledge of Microsoft Office- Numerical analysis and interpretation, leadership, communication, customer service, influence, anticipation of obstacles, organized, and autonomous**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
