TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

**CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES**
- 3-5 años de experiência en el departamento de logística / materiales
- Experiência en manejo de personal.
- Experiência en Gestión de Proyectos.
- Habilidad intermedia en inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
- Conocimiento deseable el uso de SAP.
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas Six Sigma y técnicas de manufactura esbelta (como un plus)
- Experiência en actividades de reducción del tiempo de entrega y ahorro de costos.
- Habilidades para resolver problemas.
- Habilidades interpersonales, comunicación y capacidad para realizar varias tareas.
**ACTIVIDADES**
- Determina los sistemas y procedimientos necesarios para apoyar las metas de productividad y de servicio prescritas del Centro de distribución. Se esfuerza activamente para mejorar los objetivos de productividad, costos y servicios.
- Funciona con Gerente de Logística y Recursos Humanos para asegurar que el Centro de Distribución es atendido al nível presupuestado.
- Es el responsable de la formación y el desarrollo profesional de los Asociados de Logística. Organiza el almacén para desarrollar consistencia y enfoque entre todos los turnos. Asegura el cumplimiento de todos los procedimientos y sistemas de calidad.
- Asegura que el desempeño asistencia y tiempo de operación se mida y se tomen medidas para mejorar situaciones inaceptables. Hace uso de un sistema de evaluación del desempeño apropiado.
- Participa en seguridad y equipos de acción de emergencia, incluyendo la Comisión de Seguridad e Higiene. Asegura que todas las áreas del almacén están en conformidad con los programas y estándares de limpieza.
- Aplica los procedimientos de seguridad.
- Asegura la implementación y mantenimiento de los requerimientos de la norma ISO 9001 / TL 9000 y todas las certificaciones y sistemas de calidad aplicables, y es un miembro activo del Equipo de Gestión de la Calidad Total en el Centro de Distribución.
- Crea procedimientos de operación y capacitación para el personal sobre Aseguramiento de la Calidad en el Centro de Distribución.
- Evalúa anualmente el desempeño del personal en Garantía de Calidad.
- Realiza proyectos especiales y tareas según lo dirigido por el Gerente de Logística. Representará los intereses de los clientes internos y externos en el Centro de Distribución.
