As a JR OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER**,** you will be in charge of conducting market analysis to develop business strategies, increase the customer's buying experience and report to the ATC and Director of Operational Excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop mechanisms for evaluating customer experience and loyalty.
- Generate market and brand information to contribute to the commercial strategy.
- Develop consumer insights that build an omnichannel experience for customers.
- Lead and negotiate the construction of a standardized market information system that allows comprehensive management.
- Manage information and resources to build a business “data-driven decision” system.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in administration or marketing.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in data mining and data administration.
- Intermediate level of English to understand digital terms.
- Desirable intermediate level of Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions) and Oracle.
- Availability to work fully onsite #LI-Hybrid.
- The job´s workplace is located at Tultitlan, Estado de Mexico.
