We're seeking a dynamic Customer Care Specialist to work in a B2B promotional products manufacturing facility that serves distributors. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast paced, growing and fun environment. We are looking for someone who is optimistic, self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable to join our growing team.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Quoting.
- Entering Sample requests.
- Entering product art layout requests and sending completed mock-up back to --customer.
- Checking on order status.
- Answering product and service questions.
- Suggesting products and services that suits customer specifications.
- Communicating with sales when customers request high quantity orders, custom or import product.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to -solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Educate customers on website tools and resources.
- Provide customers with current promotions, new product information, and specials.
- Contributes and collaborate with sales team to accomplish goals as needed.
**Education and/or Experience**:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year or more experience in Customer Service.
- Strong Active Listening skills
- Resolving conflict
- Multi-tasking
- Be able to use proper grammar in written communication.
- Customer experience centric.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
