Doximity is looking for a General Ledger Team to play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records of the organization, by ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles.

**Responsabilities**:

- Perform daily general ledger functions (recording and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjusting entries)
- Maintain and reconcile various general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and internal policies
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and manipulate financial data, creating reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the accurate and timely completion of month-end close procedures
- Help Sarbanes Oxley team with IT Audit projects
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring the completion of audit requests
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows for increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables and data visualization tools)
- Familiarity with accounting software (Quickbooks, Netsuite or similar)
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Excellent English communication skills
