**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Product Manager with specialized industry experience in automotive Powersports RV, and marine sectors to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing our CRM software products to meet the unique needs of businesses in these industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM solutions targeting automotive Powersports RV, and marine industries.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to drive product development and delivery.
- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve user experience and drive product adoption.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of product management experience in the software industry, preferably in CRM or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience working in the automotive Powersports RV, and marine industries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving product strategy, development, and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to make informed product decisions.
