As our Customer Service Team Lead, you’ll manage and support a team of representatives, resolve service issues, and collaborate with operations to make sure shipments run smoothly and clients stay happy.
- **What You’ll Do**_
- Lead and coach a team of Customer Service Reps handling daily logistics operations.
- Be the go-to person for escalated customer issues—analyze, solve, and follow up.
- Monitor team KPIs, track service performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely order processing, issue resolution, and strong customer communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, transportation, billing) to fulfill client needs.
- Train new team members and support process consistency across the team.
- Join or lead customer calls to review service and performance updates.
- **What You’ll Need**_
- 3+ years in customer service within a logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding environment.
- Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong working knowledge of logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment).
- Experience with TMS/WMS platforms (CargoWise, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
