**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Achieves quality assurance operational objectives (KPI's, FPY, OBE, Scrap, customer complaints) and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Develops quality assurance plans; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Maintains and improves product quality, company standards, quality system, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop process improvements, manufacturing, and training methods.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies and corrective actions
- Oversee the corrective actions/preventive actions (CAPA) results from audit process.
- Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; participating in professional certifications.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Evaluate Worldwide Best Practices and sharing with business units

**Requirements for the job**:

- **Formal Studies**: engineering Degree (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanics)
- ** Experience**: minimum 5-year experience, Minimum 6 sigma green belt certification, knowledge in Lean Manufacturing/6 sigma green belt certification, Lean manufacturing.
- ** English**: English Intermedio
- ** Software**: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word. SAP, Project Management

**Knowledge**:

- Quality tools, LEAN Six Sigma, SPC, Projects Management,
- Quality Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO13485)
