**The Role**:
**Job information**

The position plays a key role in the DO channel as one of the most complex due to the amount of dealers and sites. The field sales coordinator will centralize everything, from sales records, to contract key dates for territory managers to have in scope. The Field Sales coordinator is also considered a Territory Manager apprentice, so travelling is a must as this person will be shadowing Territory Managers or accompanying mobility staff to site visits.

**Responsibilities**:
Actively and consistently support all efforts from support areas such as Marketing, Operations & Pricing

Support team with sales analysis to find opportunity areas (Spread Increases, V-Power Penetration)

Coordinate and confirm marketing deliveries

Support on RFPP Analysis and confirmation of data with the Operations team

Reconciles requirements from multiple groups ensuring needs are accounted for and business objectives are met

Manage all minutes and communication where needed in support of the DO Team related meeting

Responsible for managing Sales routes for the mobility team

Accompanying mobility team to site visits as the link of DO and mobility

Maintain organized sales & operations information to create QBR

Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products

Follow-up dealers disputes and support TM on the internal follow-up with support areas to ensure fast response to dealers
