Workday Administrator

**Workday Administrator - Mexico City, Mexico**

As a member of the Digital HR team, the **Workday Administrator** is responsible for maintaining QAD’s Human Resource Information System (Workday), including but not limited to data integrity, business process configuration and tracking, role assignment and creation, data retrieval and configuration, security level accessibility assignments, and oversight of the implementation of new modules. This position is the primary liaison between Information Technology and the People Services team. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of People Services.

Report Writing
- Support global security, including maintaining security groups.
- Support global reporting, including writing new reports and dashboards.
- Deploy new modules or features, make configuration changes or create, update or maintain reports to address business needs.
- Responsible for operational planning, monitoring, and issue resolution for Workday.
- Responsible for maintaining security profiles within Workday. This includes creating new security profiles, updating security profiles, and troubleshooting security issues.
- Provide production support for Workday-related issues. This includes troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and interfacing with development resources to ensure timely resolution to production issues.
- Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and other systems

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Science degree
- 5+ years of experience administering the Workday platform for a medium-sized business
- Experience in business process configuration, data loads, report writing, security administration, and upgrade planning/testing
- Experience creating or managing integrations to and from Workday is highly desirable.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Ability**
- An ability to shift between high-level consultative work, and analytical and operational work
- Knowledge of Google suite of products, including Google sheets
- Organization, collaboration, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to handle records confidentially.
