These calls serve as an introductory conversation with the homeowner and are conducted at the point of sale with the sales representative present on a recorded line.
The purpose of the Welcome Call is to confirm all necessary project and financing details, provide clarity to the homeowner, and make sure the agreement matches the contract details.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 10:20 AM - 8:00 PM PST
- Dream Home Roofers: 25 hours/week
- Shift: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Alliant: 23 hours/week
- Shift: 10:20 AM - 3:00 PM
