**Marketing Coordinator Saba**

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive accelerated business growth in the consumer goods industry. This role is key in leading innovation projects, executing impactful 360° campaigns, and building strong, consumer-centric brands.

This role requires a full understanding of the business—from production and supply chain to commercial strategies—so you can identify opportunities and propose bold, actionable growth ideas.

**What Will You Do**
- Lead the development and launch of innovation projects, from concept to market.
- Design and execute 360° campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL) in collaboration with creative and media agencies.
- Analyze brand, product, and campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior.
- Contribute to short
- and mid-term brand strategies with a strong business mindset.

**Who You Are**
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing roles within consumer goods.
- Proven track record in product innovation and campaign execution.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into business actions.
- Experience with Nielsen, Kantar, Brand Tracking, Power BI (preferred).
