**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly experienced **Consultant/Coach** to lead and develop the **Production, Quality, and Logistics** teams at two automotive manufacturing plants. This role will be responsible for establishing and tracking critical performance indicators, ensuring process optimization, and maintaining compliance with quality and delivery standards. **The Consultant/Coach will report daily to the Plant Managers on the status of the defined indicators and must immediately escalate any critical situations.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and develop the **Production, Quality, and Logistics** teams at both plants.
- Define, implement, and monitor **key performance indicators (KPIs)** in each area.
- **Report daily to the Plant Managers on the status of the defined indicators.**:

- **Immediately escalate any critical situations that may affect production, quality, or logistics.**:

- Analyze operational data and generate daily reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes, quality, and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with **OEM** customer standards and requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop problem-solving strategies in production and logistics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **10 years in the automotive industry**, focusing on production, quality, and logistics.
- **Experience working with OEM customers** (mandatory).
- Knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, and quality control**.
- Proven experience in **coaching and leading operational teams**.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- **Fluent English** (mandatory for customer interactions and reporting).
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
