**Position**:
Customer Support Associate Manager

Arrow's digital division is looking for their next stellar leads for our Guadalajara teams

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Manages all facets of customer retention (CRM) including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer care strategy
- Manages return materials authorization (RMA) processes for ensuring customer returns, exchanges, service and repairs are done with speed and accuracy and all client/customer service delivery issues are resolved.
- Manages market research to determine special pricing for non-standard items in the interests of ensuring appropriate profit margins are reached and maintained.
- Supervise staff including personnel development, hiring, training, etc. Monitor and review work of staff.
- Resolve escalated operational related issues including vendor concerns, contract reviews, new programs.

**What You'll Need**
- Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Ability to juggle many tasks at once
- Proven ability in handling difficult customer situations professionally and effectively

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:
$36,833.33 - $43,083.33 MXN Monthly
