Grupo AUTOCOM es una de las empresas lideres en el sector automotriz, hemos participado en las certificaciones de Employer for Yoth y Empresas más Éticas para laborar. “Si estás en búsqueda de un empleo dinámico, innovador y en un giro atractivo”, esta oportunidad es para ti: Queremos conocerte " ANALISTA DE REAL ESTATE ” **Requisitos**: - Escolaridad: Licenciatura en seguridad e higiene en el trabajo / Licenciatura en seguridad laboral, protección civil. - Experiência 2 años. - Conocimiento de Normas Regulatorias de Seguridad e Higiene en el trabajo (STPS, IMSS, Protección Civil, SEMARNAT). Actividades: - Establecer y mantener la relación con las autoridades/Gestores/Clientes internos competentes a nível municipal y estatal (Guanajuato) en tema de seguridad y ambiental - Gestionar y obtener en tiempo y forma los permisos necesarios cumpliendo las regulaciones vigentes ante las distintas autoridades que permitan habilitar las aperturas, renovaciones y operación de Tiendas.. - Da solución en tiempo y forma a las notificaciones y requerimientos presentadas por la autoridad en materia administrativa y regulatoria mediante la gestión interna y externa con las áreas involucradas para evitar sanciones y/o suspensiones en la operación. - Realizar quincenalmente, la incidencia de la nómina de vigilantes e intendentes. - Registro y generación de Órdenes de Compra de bienes y servicios indispensables para la operación de las unidades de negocio. - Control Y evaluación del gasto por unidad de Negocio. - Generación de contratos de prestación de servicio. - Analizar causa raíz de accidentes laborales/trayecto cumpliendo con las actividades administrativas con capital humano e imss. - Ser responsable de planear y desarrollar el proyecto “capacitación en materia seguridad” a fin de establecer una cultura de seguridad en la organización. Ofrecemos: Salario $25,000.00 mensuales brutos (antes de impuestos). Seguro de vida Caja de ahorro. Prestaciones de ley.
