Cold Call Specialist and Real Estate Wholesale

Location Remote Must reside in Mexico Employment Type Full-Time Language Requirement Advanced English and Spanish About The Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Call Specialist to join our real estate wholesale team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments through high-volume outbound cold calling. Your primary goal will be to identify motivated sellers, qualify prospects based on property condition and timeline, and schedule follow-up meetings for our acquisitions team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, phone based environment and have experience in real estate cold calling, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Make 80+ outbound cold calls daily using provided leads and scripts. Professionally engage prospects, qualify leads, and overcome objections. Schedule qualified appointments for the acquisitions team. Accurately log call outcomes and lead details in our CRM system. Meet and exceed daily calling and appointment-setting targets. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in cold calling, ideally in real estate or wholesaling. Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and following scripts. Strong phone presence, persuasive communication skills, and resilience. Ability to qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and property details. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Nice-to-Have Previous experience in real estate wholesale or property acquisitions. Knowledge of local real estate markets (U.S. based). What We Offer Full-time position with a competitive salary.
