**Job Description**:
Managing and organizing the schedules of our clients and caregivers. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Schedule Coordinator ensures that all activities, appointments, and tasks are properly scheduled and coordinated to maximize efficiency and productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced level of English and willing to work night shift.
- Create, manage, and maintain schedules for clients, caregivers using scheduling software, calendars, and other tools. Coordinate appointments, meetings, events, and activities to avoid conflicts and ensure optimal use of time.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, caregivers, to gather scheduling requirements and preferences. Communicate schedule changes, updates, and reminders effectively to all relevant parties.
- Monitor and track deadlines, appointments, and events to ensure that schedules are aligned. Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate them.
