**Job Functions**Support the Maintenance Group in coordinating work order requests and property turn-overs.The Coordinator schedules, tracks, and follows through with all routine and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical integrity of Intempus properties at all times.The Coordinator manages service requests to resolve maintenance issues in the most efficient manner possible, with a constant drive to go above and beyond for our clients and tenants.**Required skills and experience**- _**Strong written and oral communication both English and Spanish**_- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude to tackle busy and challenging work- Excellent organizational skills and experience balancing numerous ongoing tasks- Costumer service oriented outlook- Strong computer skills- Adaptability to new software programs- Desire and ability to improve a growing maintenance department- Preferred experience in a maintenance or property management setting _(not mandatory)_Monday to Friday 7 am to 4 pmOn call rotations (paid extra hours)Salary $18000 mxn monthly + extra hoursUSA benefits: USA holidays, 3 sickness days, 5 paid vacation days (1st year), 10 paid vacations days after (after 2nd year)We're about to open a physical office, in the meantime we work from home.
