- Preparar y emitir cotizaciones para los equipos de KAM, ventas internas y ventas de campo o cualquier persona dentro de la estructura de ventas.- Servir como enlace entre los clientes y los equipos internos para garantizar una comunicación clara y eficaz- Coordinar la comunicación con los agentes de aduanas y los agentes en el extranjero para garantizar un intercambio oportuno y preciso de información.- Administrar y realizar un seguimiento a KPI, como la cantidad de cotizaciones, los índices de aciertos y los tiempos de respuesta.- Garantizar una respuesta oportuna a las consultas de los clientes y realizar un seguimiento de las solicitudes de cotización.- Apoyar la implementación de nuevas iniciativas comerciales y nuevas cuentas.- Participar en reuniones internas y externas y preparar informes y presentaciones.- Registrar nuevos clientes tanto internamente como con los agentes de aduanas.- Mantener actualizados los datos de ventas en Salesforce y garantizar la precisión en los informes.
- Educacion : Licenciatura concluida
- De 3 a 7 años de experiência en puestos de soporte de ventas en la industria de transporte de carga o logística.
- Se prefiere experiência en transporte de carga multiproducto (FFWW).
- Es fundamental tener un nível avanzado de inglés (B1 o superior) debido a la interacción diaria con oficinas extranjeras y agentes de aduanas.
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y cuantitativas, con la capacidad de utilizar datos para respaldar la toma de decisiones y las recomendaciones.
- Excelentes habilidades para la resolución de problemas y un sentido de urgencia para priorizar tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
- Orientado a los detalles con fuertes habilidades organizativas y la capacidad de gestionar múltiples tareas y plazos.
- Compromiso y estabilidad a largo plazo, con ambiciones de crecer horizontalmente y apoyar al equipo durante al menos dos años.
