**Responsabilidades**:

- Planear, organizar y dirigir las estrategias de Marketing, y generación de demanda para Stelara y garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de negocios del año 25.
- Supervisar la ejecución de las estrategias para la indicación de IBD
- Desarrollar y dirigir el equipo a su cargo 2 GP, 3 GNV y 17 FDV.
- Validar en conjunto con SFE la cuota y el plan de incentivos para ventas cada Q
- Planear y gestionar el P&L de Marketing y Ventas

**Requerimientos**:

- Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Economía, Finanzas, ingeniería, o afín. Postgrado (deseable)
- Inglés avanzado
- +8 años de experiência en Mercadotecnia y Ventas en la industria Farmacéutica o afín
- Conocimiento de procesos institucionales de acceso y ventas a gobierno
- Manejo de gente
