Payroll Analyst

The Payroll Analyst ensures and end to end payroll process, starting from new hiring employee and ending in a termination process. Is responsible of payroll processed according to local legislation, as well as services provided to employees, social security compliance, and local contribution compliance, for Mexico and in Latin America.

Reports to: Payroll & People Cost Manager

- Local Authorities

Location of the role (Querétaro, Hybrid).

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Organizes and coordinates the annual payroll payment calendar
- Manages and executes payroll, leave of absences, social security payments
- Ensures the reception of inputs to payroll: master data and incidences
- Calculates and pays Social Security and related payments for local
- Executes payroll reports for the Tax department
- Executes annual fiscal closing process
- Food tickets supply management
- Calculates and validates terminations
- Process news to Social Security Authorities

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration / Finance / Accounting / Business-Related.
- Must have PC skills with an emphasis on Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Desirable knowledge of SAP and Payroll systems
- Updated knowledge in fiscal, labor and Social Security legislation
- Medium English Level.
- Previous experience (3 Years or more) Preferred on Accounting, Administration, HR or Payroll.
