Lead player in pool and spa industry is looking for **Training Coordinator**:
**Responsabilities**
- Establishes and executes the annual training plan for the site.
- Coordinates the employees training plan thru the production trainers.
- Documents and tracks employee performance.
- Maintains training schedules and registration of all employees trained.
- Interacts and communicates with production trainers.
- Documents and tracks employee performance.
- Maintains training schedules and registration of all employees trained.
- Interacts and communicates with production and support groups to ensure that training and development needs are met in time.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of standard working procedures for production processes.
- Evaluate employee skills and determines whether additional training is needed.
- Provides training requirements as needed (induction process).

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Communication skills
- Bachelor´s degree
- Bilingual (English - Spanish)
