Lead player in pool and spa industry is looking for **Training Coordinator**

**Responsabilities**

  • Establishes and executes the annual training plan for the site.
  • Coordinates the employees training plan thru the production trainers.
  • Documents and tracks employee performance.
  • Maintains training schedules and registration of all employees trained.
  • Interacts and communicates with production trainers.
  • Documents and tracks employee performance.
  • Maintains training schedules and registration of all employees trained.
  • Interacts and communicates with production and support groups to ensure that training and development needs are met in time.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of standard working procedures for production processes.
  • Evaluate employee skills and determines whether additional training is needed.
  • Provides training requirements as needed (induction process).

**Requirements**

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Communication skills
  • Bachelor´s degree
  • Bilingual (English - Spanish)
