We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team, who will be working on a variety of projects, including market sizing, financial modeling, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making for our clients.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Conduct comprehensive market research to estimate the size and growth potential of various markets.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide actionable insights.
- Develop detailed market sizing reports and presentations for internal and client use.
- Create and maintain complex financial models to support business valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand their financial needs and tailor models accordingly.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial models by conducting thorough checks and validation.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate company performance, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency metrics.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Support the development of client proposals, project plans, and deliverables.
- Assist in the development of business strategies by providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the formulation of business plans.
- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence and integration planning.
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- Professional English (C1, TOEFL PBT 600+)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a financial services company
- Preferably with experience in a Financial services company
- Proactive and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly and multi-task efficiently in a collaborative way
