Amber is looking for a driven and experienced Enterprise Tools Specialist to help, lead and drive our suite of tools across the global production organization, while providing expert guidance, training, and hands-on support.

You will be both reactive to our Team's daily needs, as well as proactively using your extensive Atlassian expertise to help drive towards the most effective and efficient solutions possible, ensuring the Team and Project requirements are met on time, and on quality.

**The Quest**:
**Atlassian specialist for Amber Teams**
- Help, lead and drive best practices across the Amber Production Teams using the full Atlassian Suite combined with the Amber Tech Stack, in order to ensure both the Team and the Project are trained, supported and working in the most optimal way possible.
- Support and coordinate with the Atlassian Team Consultants, the Atlassian System Administrator & Development Managers on configuring and maintaining any project/space needs.
- Work with the Development Manager Guild Leader, PMO & IT to configure and monitor the complete Atlassian projects infrastructure.
- Offer hands-on support and expertise in setting new Amber standards.
- Offer hands-on support and expertise for other departments in Amber (Shared Services).
- Maintain the current platforms in a healthy and clean state by performing regular health checks.
- Offer training sessions to anyone that has a Project Administrator role in their team/project.
- Ticket management in Freshdesk.
- Create and maintain documentation, changes & configurations.
- Manage user groups (internal and external) in Jira & Confluence.

**PMO Admin for Amber Dashboard Tool**
- Collaborate with PMO Team and Development Managers to ensure Amber Dashboard system management data accuracy, checks and cleanup.
- Work cross functionally with HR, Talent Acquisitions, Sales and Finance teams to ensure the data setup in all internal tools that Amber Dashboard is connected with, is accurate and according to Company Business Strategy.
- Collaborate with PMO Team to plan future development phases of the Amber Dashboard Tool, update documentation and training mater
- Offer Amber Dashboard training & support sessions to the Management teams.
- Prepare weekly project status reports for Leadership review as well as different Surveys.

**The Skills**:

- 3-5 years experience in configurations & management of Jira & Confluence (System Administrator or Project Administrator).
- 3-5 years experience in managing, coaching or delivering projects (Agile, Waterfall,Software Development projects).
- Experience in working with Jira and Confluence Server instances (Cloud is a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Great English skills (Written and verbal).
- Can easily switch the mindset from problem-solving to the trainer.
- Experience in working with the Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Atlassian, Agile or Project Management Certifications.
- Experience in working with Game Development Teams is a bonus.
