**Role Summary**:
We are Wabtec Corporation, the NPI Sourcing department. This role gives support to NPI Buyers through executing the Request for Quote (RFQ) Process in a timely manner, initiating and expediting the Part Qualification (PPAP) process, and assisting buyers in achieving key NPI fulfillment metrics.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Execute Request for Quote (RFQ) Process with suppliers and follow up to ensure timely return of quotes
- Initiate PPAP requests, participate in PPAP review boards to ensure timely launch of supplier PPAP’s, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely PPAP completion
- Communicate with suppliers to receive component promise dates, and expedite material as necessary to ensure timely delivery to the production shop floor
- Contribute to projects as a team member within the NPI Fulfillment organization and support buyers in other tasks as necessary to ensure NPI Fulfillment team success

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in International Business, Relations, Administration, or Industrial Engineering from 7th semester; **at least with 1 year until graduation.**
- English professional proficiency
- Availability from Monday to Friday (7AM - 4PM)

- Ability to coordinate several task and responsibilities simultaneously

**Where we are and What we Offer**:

- **Location: Monterrey, NL (near Torres Moradas / Galerías Monterrey)**
- Contract duration: 6 months but might be renewed for another 6 months (1 year, max 18 months in total)
- Salary**:$10,000 per month** + food allowance

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
