**Role Summary**

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Electronic Components Request for Quotes (RFQ)
- Track RFQ’s and quote proposal daily
- Ensure all quote proposals are provided to regional sites to award business
- Contribute to projects as team member within the Sourcing organization.
- Create weekly component report to summarize status for management reviews.
- Develop awareness of manufacturing processes and improve product knowledge.

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong Excel skills including formulas, Pivot tables, Vlookup, charts filters
- People skills with remote work environment

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- 100% bilingual English - Spanish
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate several task and responsibilities simultaneously
- Availability from Monday to Friday (7AM - 4PM)

**Where we are and What we Offer**:

- Location: Monterrey, NL (near Torres Moradas / Galerías Monterrey)
- Contract duration: 6 months but might be renewed for another 6 months (1 year, max 18 months in total)
- Salary: $10,000 per month + food allowance

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
