**Job Title**: ERP Finance Lead (SAP FICO)
**Location**: Remote
**Compensation**: Open (Based on Experience) ++
**Experience Required**: 8+ Years

We are seeking a seasoned **ERP Finance Lead (SAP FICO)** to join our remote team. This is a high-impact role for an experienced **Functional/Technical FICO resource** who can both **configure SAP** and effectively **engage with business users** to drive end-to-end financial process improvements.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design optimized solutions, and support implementation across key business areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure SAP **FICO modules** (FI and CO), including:

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Credit Management
- Intercompany Sales
- Fixed Assets
- Standard Costing
- COPA (Profitability Analysis)
- Facilitate business process mapping and design sessions
- Lead **requirements gathering** sessions with stakeholders
- Collaborate with business users to document **functional specifications**:

- Write **test scripts** and support **UAT (User Acceptance Testing)**:

- Design SAP solutions aligned with **best practices and standard SAP**:

- Present design options with **clear pros and cons** to enable informed decision-making
- Drive integration efforts with **Order-to-Cash (OTC)**, **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)**, **Supply Chain**, and other modules

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 8+ years of hands-on SAP **FICO configuration and implementation**:

- Proven experience working across both **functional and technical** aspects of SAP
- Strong understanding of **end-to-end business processes**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for business users
- Ability to **lead discussions**, document business needs, and design tailored solutions
- Experience supporting and enhancing standard SAP solutions with mínimal customization
