**Main Purpose**

Lead Production & IMS Supply Planning team of the CPW LATAM region to ensure that finished goods are available to meet customer demand at the right stock with high freshness, whilst minimizing the cost at market level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and guide activities of the Regional Planning Team ensuring the execution of planning cycles seeking to maintain producing and receiving markets within their defined stock service levels.
- IMS certification, sustainability of the MPS constraint model, capacity planning processes, instructions for quality matters in IMS, annual review of Partnership Agreement, Handling Complaint management, Webi for alerts and OBQ.
- Drive performance of the team through developing and coaching team members for personal and professional growth to secure that resources & capabilities are available within the Regional Planning Team to achieve expected results using NCE pillars (Goal Alignment, Focus Improvement, Leadership Development, Education & Training)
- Identify opportunities of Margin Expansion to reduce cost for the Markets working together with OTAM, plants and local SC teams.
- Ensure correct E2E system usage and provide markets with tools to ensure KPI´s achievement and operation efficiency within Planning.
- Ensure Demand Planning best practices are in place among all markets & sustain regional governance for DPA improvement ( volumes MBP / APO, Systematic Bias indicators )
- Ensure continuing alignment with business & operation priorities, initiatives and activities; the delivery of performance to agreed KPI levels.

**Requirenments**:

- At least 4 years of experience in relevant areas:

- Demand & Supply Planning
- Leadership role in one of the functions across Ensuring Supply: Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Service, IMS, Supply Chain Development.
- Desirable to have had experience on implementing LEAN concepts and tools.
- Advanced English
- Desired knowledge of SAP, APO, Power Bi
