**In your new role you will**:

- Analyze data and build reports for sales forecast and project pipelines
- Provide PT training sessions to newly hired SMD employees
- Detect, mitigate and resolve tool issues : be cautious about tool issues from any channel, suggest instant work-arounds and work with IT for resolution
- Work closely with the headquarters, other regions and other departments such as IT to understand global situation and share IFAM's issues and/or requirements proactively
- Participate in global projects for new PT implementation/deployment

**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:

- A recent BS or MS in **Business Administration **, **Marketing **, or **Supply Chain Management**:

- Intermediate **Excel **skills (Pivot table, IF, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Excellent **analytical **and communication skills
- Excellent team player with very good interpersonal skills
- Proven to be able to go the extra mile
- Is curious about Infineon's and customers' business structure and enterprise systems
- Understands how to utilize Excel and enterprise systems
- Has experience and skills in B2B manufacturing industry
- Can provide tailored support to SMD employees as a partner
- Has work experience using CRM, BI tools and ERP (e.g. Dynamics CRM, Business Objects, Blue Yonder S&OP, SAP ERP)
- Is familiar with enterprise systems such as CRM, BI tools and ERP
