We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Position's General Duties and Tasks:
Assists in defining standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics. Provides regular reporting of metrics including recommendations to improve performance Monitoring L2 - monitoring operations

**Qualifications**:
Must have Skills:
Experience knowledge in Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Qlik Personal Effectiveness - excellent time management and work prioritization, ability to multi-task, ability to deal with ambiguity. Ability to learn new tools and understand customers' environments in a rapid fashion
