- Review and analysis of construction contractor Level 4 Schedules (Primavera P6 and TILOS).
- Provide input to updating Level 5 Integrated Schedule construction activities
- Tracks quantities installed on a daily basis, tracking install rates and pipeline construction progress
- Update 4D progress measurement tool on a weekly basis
- Develop weekly report with analysis of schedule and progress
- Reviewing monthly progress reports from contractors for accuracy and reasonableness
- Providing inputs to a monthly scorecard and stage gate updates along with the monthly schedule reports
- Attending contractor meetings, as required
- Identifying potential Project slippages and working with the CM or PM to identify recovery opportunities
- Responding to ad hoc requests, analysis and inquiries, as required
- At least 5 years of experience in the management of major projects.
- Primavera management
- 4D management
- Ideally: TILOS software competencies
- Englishe leve: Intermediate to Advanced
- Note: Work location will be Mexico City with availability to relocate to site if needed.
