Este puesto es crucial para la planificación y ejecución efectiva de nuestros proyectos de energía fotovoltaica y eólica. Buscamos a un profesional con una sólida experiência y habilidades excepcionales en la gestión de cronogramas, que esté comprometido con la excelencia en la entrega de proyectos.**Responsabilidades**:- Desarrollar y mantener cronogramas de proyectos detallados y precisos que cumplan con los requisitos de nuestros clientes y partes interesadas.- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar la coherencia y alineación en la planificación del proyecto.- Implementar métodos y herramientas de programación avanzadas para optimizar la gestión de tiempo y recursos en los proyectos.- Hacer seguimiento de los avances del proyecto, identificando desviaciones del cronograma y proponiendo acciones correctivas oportunas.- Facilitar reuniones de planificación y revisión del cronograma con el equipo del proyecto y las partes interesadas.- Proveer análisis de riesgo y evaluación de impacto en relación con cambios en los cronogramas del proyecto.- Promover un ambiente de trabajo en equipo, proporcionando liderazgo y dirección a los miembros del equipo.**Requisitos**:- Mínimo 10 años de experiência comprobada en programación de proyectos, preferiblemente en el ámbito de energías renovables (fotovoltaicas y eólicas).- Dominio del idioma inglés a nível avanzado (INDISPENSABLE), garantizando una comunicación efectiva con el equipo y partes interesadas en el mercado estadounidense.- Capacidad para gestionar y coordinar múltiples tareas bajo presión, cumpliendo con plazos ajustados.- Experiência demostrada en la gestión de equipos, fomentando un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y de alta moral.- Excelentes habilidades en toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.- Disponibilidad y compromiso para trasladarse a Estados Unidos una vez obtenida la VISA TN a través de Eosol Group.En Eosol Group, tu futuro comienza aquí.
