Para importante agencia de marketing digital estamos buscando un AI Specialist.

**Objetivo del puesto**:Experto tecnológico del ecosistema AI que realiza vibe coding, automatiza workflows mediante agentes, facilita los procesos de ideación y producción de contenido mediante AI, entrena modelos y optimiza herramientas para escalar la producción de +150 piezas contenido mensuales con máxima calidad.

**RESPONSABILIDADES PRIMARIAS**

**AI Model Management**
- Entrenar y afinar modelos de IA para brand voice de 3 marcas.
- Optimizar visual guidelines en Midjourney/DALL-E por identidad de marca.
- Desarrollar custom GPTs especializados por tipo de contenido y cuenta.
- Realizar A/B testing de prompts y documentar performance en Learning Agenda.

**Prompt Engineering & Library**
- Crear y mantener biblioteca centralizada de prompts optimizados.
- Desarrollar prompts específicos para copies, guiones, conceptos creativos.
- Entrenar al equipo en uso efectivo de librería de prompts.

**Automation & Integration**
- Orquestar flujos automatizados en (Notion→Slack→Emplifi)
- Crear triggers inteligentes para workflows de content creation.
- Diseñar y supervisar automatizaciones para content workflows
- Desarrollar custom GPTs y entrenar modelos para brand voice consistency
- Crear y mantener biblioteca de prompts optimizada (100+ prompts)

**Technical Support & Innovation**
- Soporte tier 2 en herramientas AI complejas (Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney).
- Investigar y evaluar nuevas tecnologías AI emergentes.
- Proponer mejoras de procesos basadas en AI capabilities.
- Crear documentación técnica y tutoriales para el equipo.

**EXPERIENCIA NECESARIA**
- Expertise comprobado en, Zapier o platforms de automation similares
- Hands-on experience con ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway Gen-3
- Experience con prompt engineering y AI model optimization
- Conocimiento de management tools (Notion, Slack, Emplifi)

Sueldo: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mes
