Assist the Continent RVP of Sales and Distribution and the RVP of Revenue Management in executing departmental and discipline priorities. Provide coordination and support for key administrative functions including, but not limited to, travel support, expense report preparation, calendar management, meeting logistics planning, discipline week activities, team relations activities, leadership support, results tracking, and staff coordination (distribution lists, bonus support, etc.)

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; respond to all communication using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with departmental standards and expectations. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

**CRITICAL TASKS**

Policies and Procedures

Sales and Revenue Management Administrative Duties
- Coordinate travel planning for RVP’s and other team members as requested, including air, car, lodging, hotel and other lodging needs.
- Prepare expense reports for RVPSD and RVPRM, following strict adherence to Marriott Expense policies (MIP-44), collecting receipts, preparing reports, and submitting.
- Proactively preform coordination for calendar management for RVPSD and RVPRM. Review conflicts, coordinate with meeting organizers, clear conflicts, and collaborate with other administrative professionals to create, schedule and move meetings as needed.
- Plan department meeting logistics as needed, including coordinating with hotels, meeting room logistics, F&B, A/V, billing, invites, communication, etc.
- Perform other departmental duties as requested by RVPSD and RVPRM.

- Coordinate consolidation of information as needed from various sources into professional reporting and summation (ex, registration for a meeting, flight and travel details for multiple attendees for a meeting, etc.)
- Maintain and update all distribution lists for Sales and Revenue Management in Outlook.
- Maintain contact lists for Sales and Revenue Management associates for the Continent.
