If you have a proven track record in sales and CRM management, we want to hear from you**Your Impact**As a Senior Sales Coordinator at Equivity, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing CRM systems, handling complex administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of sales operations. Your experience will be key in helping us drive significant growth and deliver exceptional results in our industry.**What You’ll Do**:- Oversee and manage CRM systems to ensure all leads and client interactions are tracked and followed up efficiently- Prepare detailed quotes and sales documentation with precision- Proactively follow up with leads to convert opportunities into sales- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate execution of sales processes- Coordinate the administration of high-level sales tasks, including reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize sales operations and increase conversion rates**What We’re Looking For**:- Extensive experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a related role- Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales processes- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Fluency in English**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary: 20,000-40,000 MXN (gross monthly)- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedAt Equivity, we believe that the contributions of each team member are vital to our success.
