JOB SUMMARY:
Technical Inside Sales is primarily responsible for the daily management of customer accounts. Assisting in managing the flow of product life cycle from start to finish. Technical Inside Sales also serves as the liaison between the customer and departments throughout MPA, maintaining effective communication and continued sales growth. Occasional travel to meet with the customer is necessary.
Responsible for day to day assistance, relating to any and all customer issues. Interacts with Account Managers, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Shipping, Merchandising, Marketing, Quality, Operations, Accounting.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to**:
- Sales growth and new customer development
- Monitor and answer phone calls pertaining to Customer Service
- Monitor customer orders, including back orders
- Provide quotations as requested, according to Company margin guidelines.
- Maintain Customer quote file as required.
- Collect Competitor information as it pertains to pricing, new products, cross reference etc.
- Relate all special customer requests and or concerns to Manager of Customer Service
- Establishing program goals and objectives
- Developing strategies
- Forming project teams and developing goals
- Managing the budget
- Assessing and addressing risks
- Ensuring teams remain aligned with program goals
- Collaborating with departments and divisions involved
- Tracking and managing progress
- Keeping stakeholders informed
- Managing daily activities
- Other duties as assigned by the Director or Sales Manager
**Oral Communication** - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.
**LANGUAGE ABILITY**:
Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per day
**Education**:
- Master's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- aftermarket experience in sales/marketing: 4 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English and Spanish (preferred)
- English (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tijuana, B.C.
