Invoice to Cash, Coding Analyst

The Invoice to Cash Coding Analyst is responsible for performing work activities included in the Invoice to Cash (ITC) process for the Kellogg organization. In support of the Global Business Services strategic objectives. More specifically, this role is accountable for accurately receiving, reviewing, documenting and coding deductions for Invoice to Cash (ITC).

Accountable to deliver against Invoice to Cash SLA’s and KPI’s, identifying root cause drivers for coding gaps while delivering results and driving value.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Serve as ITC point of contact for assigned customers and sales teams.
- Proactive communication with Customers to ensure documentation submission is within policy and expectation.
- Facilitate ITC problem resolution through risk assessment and escalation
- Maintain a constant focus on achieving and surpassing established metrics: Process timing, tracking of completed and pending claims, and accuracy of claims
- Proactively partner with internal and external customers to identify trends and resolve ITC issues

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Financial experience with 2 - 3 years.
- High School Diploma or GED required and 2-4 years of experience in a related field required
- Customer relationship management experience
- Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of the Invoice to Cash Process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
