So are we**The Work You'll Do**:At **Sovos**, we're looking for an **Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst** who will work closely with our internal Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounting teams to provide ongoing support and maintenance of our business systems, processes, and data.As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all end-to-end Order to Cash flow processes, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting critical financial operations. You'll have the opportunity to design reporting solutions, partner with team leaders, and contribute to transformation projects that enhance our financial ecosystem.- More specifically, you will:_- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) flow processes, recommending and presenting ongoing continuous improvements- Support billing/training, project coordination, documentation creation and maintenance, while accommodating ad-hoc user requests and developing management dashboard reporting- Design and develop reports and dashboards to track performance and progress of the OTC Team while partnering with OTC leaders on work calendars- Manage worklist preparation processes for US/EU collections & US billing using specialized tools, and oversee monthly US customer PI process, including sweep sheets, close-won finance approval process, and NetSuite synchronization- Participate in providing use cases and other business needs for broader system transformation initiatives, including amendments and subscription billing tool implementation- Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data are maintained**What We Need From You**- Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx and/or Tableau- Strong logical and quantitative skills with the ability to determine trends and propose solutions- Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders**What Does Sovos Offer You?**The tools to enhance your life - because we want you to enjoy your life outside of work and inside- Bi-Weekly Meeting Free Days- Mentoring Programs- Globally recognized Training and Development programs- Company sponsored health, dental and vision insuranceSovos is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an environment that celebrates diversity and where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and employees.
