**Responsibilities**: - Act as the primary owner of the IA Innovation team’s presentation book of work, including concise, informative reports for senior executives allowing streamlined and informed decisions - Lead the design and development of key senior management reporting of Audit Innovation Solutions - Principal responsibility for day-to-day project management activities of the IA Innovation PMO, including tracking and reporting of team’s book of work - Demonstrate effective presentation formats to audiences ranging from Senior Management, Regulators, Auditors, industry forums, and other key stakeholders, as evidenced by the ability to convey complex concepts and ideas in concise and impactful ways. - Report on key Audit Innovation metrics by liaising with key stakeholders and compiling a monthly scorecard - Ensure project completion, special assignments, and other ad hoc activities as required - Respond to ad-hoc requests for Audit solution information, by gathering and packaging required data from functional leads in a timely manner - Additional duties as assigned **Qualification**: - 6-10 years of relevant experience - Excellent project management skills - Impressive design and conceptual thinking skills - Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to effectively review information and content for relevance and appropriateness - Positive attitude, high integrity, diligent, mission driven and self-directed - Experience with Risk and Control related reporting and the development of management reporting packages a plus - Effective verbal, written and negotiation skill - Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment - Effective influencing and relationship management skills Experience Project Management Recording, preferred in Risk and control and compliance areas.
