**Position Overview**
**Quality Assurance Tester Key Responsibilities**
- **Testing & QA Processes**:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for our digital projects.
- Identify, record, and thoroughly document any discrepancies or defects found during testing.
- Perform regression testing once issues have been addressed.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with our development team to identify potential quality issues and areas for improvement.
- Engage with project managers to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- **Tools & Technologies**:
- Utilize and adapt various QA tools and methodologies to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of our digital outputs.
- Stay informed on new testing tools and strategies relevant to our industry.
- **Feedback & Reporting**:
- Provide feedback to the development team regarding potential enhancements or adjustments.
- Prepare detailed QA reports and metrics for internal reviews.
**Quality Assurance Tester Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience - **2+ years in a QA testing role, preferably within a web development or similar environment.
- **Testing Tools - **Experience with popular QA tools and methodologies, such as Selenium, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
- **Analytical Skills - **A keen eye for detail and the capability to spot, analyze, and rectify discrepancies.
- **Communication - **Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Teamwork - **Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Salary**
- Monthly salary $2000 USD
**Schedule**
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm EDT
