As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout your assigned area, responding promptly to situations as they arise. **Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
