Condé Nast México y Latinoamérica busca un Production & Events Director, una persona organizada, innovadora y con visión estratégica para unirse al equipo de Production, PR & Events. Será responsable de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias para eventos propietarios, asociaciones de marca y eventos externos de la compañía, además de gestionar la relación con equipos internos y externos. Este rol reportará directamente a Production & Activation Director y desempeñará un papel clave en la producción y ejecución de eventos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de eventos propietarios, asociaciones de marca y eventos externos.
- Coordinación y supervisión del equipo interno.
- Mejora continua y optimización de los procesos internos del área.
- Supervisión de proveedores para actividades estratégicas de producción y PR.
- Curaduría y supervisión de listas de invitados, medios y talentos.
- Colaboración constante con el área editorial.
- Manejo de presupuestos y elaboración de documentos estratégicos para el área.
- Coordinación de reuniones con equipos editoriales y clientes según la estrategia de los eventos.

Requisitos y habilidades:

- +6 años de experiência en funciones similares.
- +3 años de experiência liderando equipos multifuncionales.
- Excelente organización, autonomía y pensamiento ágil y creativo.
- Capacidad de autogestión y manejo simultáneo de múltiples proyectos.
- Habilidades de liderazgo que inspiren y motiven al equipo.
- Pasión por el aprendizaje continuo.
- Conocimiento y experiência en las industrias de lujo, moda, tecnología, lifestyle y entretenimiento.
- Experiência en gestión y desarrollo de talento (celebridades, influencers, etc.).
- Experiência en prospección, ejecución y supervisión de eventos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Actitud proactiva, positiva y flexible.
- Habilidades de management y liderazgo.
- Inglés avanzado.
