**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:
Concept + Design Studio is the full-service in-house partner for all things creative within HBO Max Marketing at Warner Bros. Discovery. Our work spans multiple teams globally and encompasses brand identity, campaigns, toolkits, key art, OOH, motion graphics, and print and digital design. Together, we create and translate the brand for any medium to best serve our stories.

We are seeking a talented Production Art Director with a passion for visual communications, branding, design systems, and collaboration. As part of the Brand Design team, they will be responsible for delivering static assets for a variety of marketing initiatives, while upholding the brand’s visual identity and ensuring consistency across multiple platforms. The PAD brings strategic direction and guidance, staff development, and a results-oriented approach to this leadership role. Above all, they must be confident in their instincts and always open to constructive creative feedback.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a hands-on leader, guiding various creative solutions with a digital mindset and an understanding of print development
- Ensure consistency across campaigns and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and established design systems
- Oversee and execute final designs — adjusting style, images, and branding, and optimizing each design for its specific placement and use case
- Lead and brief production designers on specific projects and provide constructive creative feedback
- Version brand campaign creative for multiple deliverables
- Possess a strong understanding of grid use, typography, and hierarchy of information
- Support Creative Director and Creative Production Manager in design and quality control
- Take initiative and prioritize tasks; demonstrate excellent time-management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Train Production Designers on new technology, including AI, and software
- Be accountable in every area: adhering to project timelines, partnering with operations, and collaborating among all team members

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in graphic design or related coursework with 5+ years’ design experience — including production design — in-house or agency
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and additional relevant programs
- Acute attention to detail and the ability to provide effective design solutions
- Top-notch portfolio with a track record of carrying out world-class campaigns
- Ability to successfully manage time, workflow, and delivery schedules
- Excellent English communications skills, verbal and written
- Self-starter with the passion, ability, and energy to work in a fast-paced environment
