**About Us**:
Aleph Vet Staff is dedicated to connecting qualified Mexican veterinarians with exciting opportunities in the United States. We help them navigate the legal employment process and provide support for passing the North American Veterinary Licensing Exam (NAVLE).
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NAVLE exam preparation program. You will play a crucial role in helping Mexican veterinarians achieve their goal of practicing veterinary medicine in the US.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging and effective online instruction tailored to the specific needs of Mexican veterinarians preparing for the NAVLE exam.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive study materials aligned with the NAVLE curriculum.
- Track student progress, identify areas needing improvement, and provide personalized feedback.
- Facilitate group discussions and create a supportive learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest NAVLE exam format and content.
- May participate in creating or reviewing marketing materials for the program.
**Qualifications**:
- Primary or Secondary School Teacher certification (or equivalent).
- Prior experience teaching veterinary medicine concepts is a plus, but a science/education background is sufficient.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop engaging and effective online learning materials.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
