**Qualifications**:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering discipline
- 2 -5 years of experience with designing complex electrical circuits (Analog and/or Digital)
- Understanding of Electrical design process and techniques for analog and digital circuit design
- Expert with Schematic Capture tools (Cadence, Altium, EAGLE CAD, etc.) and PSpice simulation
- Proficient in basic EE test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, signal generator, etc.)
- Experience with analysis of requirements (system, hardware, software)
- Experience with system or software testing
- Familiarity with system development techniques including the V model
- Familiarity with embedded software design and implementation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering discipline
- 5-7 years of experience designing complex electrical circuits (Analog and/or Digital)
- Experience with systems involving safety and cybersecurity
- Experience in design for manufacturing (DFM, DFT, etc.)
- Experience with embedded software design and implementation
- Estimate HW development efforts in new project acquisitions
- Analysis of customer requirements and internal specifications
- Create and maintain project schedule of HW development activities
- Perform worst-case circuit analysis
- Maintain documentation according to CES Quality process
- Develop and validate the production test specification (PTS)
- Support SW developers with HW needs
- Lead technical discussions
- Design and review schematics and PCB layouts
- Test electronics circuits
- Coordinate PCB Builds
- Test prototype hardware
- Problem solving and root cause analysis
- Software or systems development including
- Requirement elicitation and analysis
- Create and maintain system architecture
- Implement embedded software
