El Operador de Producción es responsable de ejecutar las actividades asignadas por el Supervisor, con base en los estándares de seguridad, calidad, entrega y costo (según las necesidades del Cliente), utilizando máquinas, herramientas y apoyado por el sistema APT para implementar resultados diarios, semanales y mensuales.

La posición requiere rolar los 3 turnos de Lunes a Sábado y tiene un salario diario inicial de 272.79 MXN

**Tus principales responsabilidades**:

- Uso de EPP y condición o acto de no seguridad que se encuentra en el sitio.
- Deténgase en el3er defecto e infórmelo inmediatamente al Supervisor, Auditor de Calidad o Ingeniero.
- Ejecute la operación según las instrucciones de trabajo y las instrucciones de control.
- Ejecute 5S y TPM según las líneas de guía GPS.
- Aplique un plan de escalamiento para problemas de seguridad, calidad y productividad.
- Ejecutar un plan de habilidades múltiples mediante la capacitación de compañeros de trabajo y movimientos de estrategia interna.
- Participación activa en la resolución de problemas para todos los temas e ideas de mejora
- Ejecución del control de producción (COOIS, confirmación de producción, declaración de chatarra).

- Escuela secundaria o preparatoria incompleta
- Experiência no indispensable
- Enfoque en lo básico (seguridad, calidad, entrega)
- 100% multi habilidades en áreas de responsabilidad
