Buscamos un **Ingeniero Senior de Manufactura de Componentes** con experiência técnica avanzada en moldeo, extrusión, brading y micro-maquinado, capaz de liderar validaciones de proceso, transferencia de tecnología y mejora continua para catéteres y dispositivos ortopédicos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar y optimizar parámetros de procesos críticos.
- Liderar validaciones IQ/OQ/PQ.
- Coordinar transferencia de procesos cliente-planta.
- Ejecutar troubleshooting técnico y mejora continua.
- Asegurar cumplimiento regulatorio.
- Mentorizar a especialistas técnicos.

Experiência y requisitos

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura o Maestría en Ingeniería de Plásticos, Mecánica, Biomédica o afín.
- +5 años de experiência en manufactura de dispositivos médicos.
- Dominio de moldeo, extrusión, brading o micromaquinado.
- Experiência en FDA/ISO 13485.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Visa americana y pasaporte mexicano (preferente).
