As a **Temporary Learning & Development advisor **based at our GBS in Querétaro, you will Support the Global Learning & Development programs administration, tracking, reporting and evaluation and provide programs insights and feedback to the Talent & Leadership COE.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Supports the implementation of the L&D programs for the assigned region(s)
- Keeps updated electronic versions of Leadership Programs contents for the assigned regions
- Interacts with Vendor when a service is required
- Follows the processes and systems to run metrics and dashboards for Leadership Programs
- Report and document the progress, results and metrics of Leadership Programs for the assigned region(s)
- Identify and communicate process issues and opportunities to the COE and GBS teams

.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology, Instructional Design/Technology, Organizational Development, or a closely related field
- Graduate degree preferred +2 years of overall experience in Human Resources or related
- Desired experience in project management
