**JOB SUMMARY**

El especialista de Import / Export tendrá la responsabilidad de generar la documentación necesaria para importar y exportar materiales conforme a lo establecido en los procedimientos y demás asignaciones requeridas por el departamento de Import / Export

Generación de documentos de importación y exportación de Materias Primas, Activos Fijos y Producto Terminado

Apoyo en la generación de reportes de programas de seguridad (OEA / CTPAT)

Analiza información en sistema y reporta riesgos detectados en la operación.

Elaboración de documentación para transferencia de Materiales

Solicitud de mejoras y/o modificaciones a Millennium.

Manejo y control de saldos de permisos de salud.

Verificación de procedimientos de importación y exportación recibidos físicamente.

Manejo y control de scrap, incluye revisión de pesos de cartón, desperdicio y plástico.

**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
- Licenciatura a fin a Comercio Exterior.

**Work Experience**
- 1-3 años de experiência en el puesto.
- Operaciones Import Export bajo el programa IMMEX

**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to external vendors/ partners, senior executive management, and all other levels of personnel throughout the organization. This includes excellent skills in oral and written communication.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel required, Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer, previous experience with SAP highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must be able to identify trends and future problems so resolution is proactive.

**Work Experience**
- Manejo de programa de Anexo 24 (preferencia experiência en Millennium Aduanas).
- Manejo de software en P.C. (Excel, Word, office, AS400).
- Habilidad para la toma de decisiones y disponibilidad de horario.
- Capacidad de Análisis y reporte de incidencias.
